Brian Langstraat, CFA

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Langstraat is responsible for Parametric’s firm-wide strategy and organizational development. Since joining Parametric in 1990, Brian has held positions in portfolio management, product development, portfolio administration, marketing, and client service. He received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Washington.

Andrew Abramsky

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Abramsky leads management of Parametric’s Operations−including investment, back office, technology and business administration. Andrew joined Parametric in 1996 as the Director of Operations. In 2001, he was promoted to his current role. Prior to joining Parametric, he was a Manager of Investment Support with PIMCO. Previously, he was a Vice President at Trust Company of the West. He started his career at Drexel Burnham Lambert and has over 20 years of industry experience. He holds a B.S. in Finance from St. Johns University.

Ross Chapin, M.B.A.

Managing Director - Product Management

Mr. Chapin oversees business, product, and partner development. Prior to joining Parametric, Ross co-founded and managed a family-office sponsored private equity firm, Orca Bay Partners. Before forming Orca Bay, he held similar senior positions in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance with Capstan Partners, Ragen MacKenzie and Paine Webber. He earned an M.B.A from Columbia University and a B.A. from Denison University.

Aaron Singleton

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Singleton joined Parametric in 2001 and has acted in the capacity of Vice President of Finance, Chief Compliance Officer, and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Singleton’s responsibilities include overseeing Administration, Compliance, and Accounting. Prior to joining Parametric, Aaron served as an Investment Associate with a private equity firm Orca Bay Partners, and as an Auditor with accounting firm Ernst & Young in Seattle, Washington. He holds a BA in Business Administration − Accounting from the University of Washington and is a Washington State CPA-Inactive.

Joel Marcus, M.B.A.

Chief Compliance Officer

Mr. Marcus is a full-time CCO responsible for firm compliance, including SEC-registered adviser compliance for Parametric as well as mutual fund compliance for Funds that Parametric sub-advises. Joel joined Parametric in 2005 as Compliance Analyst before becoming CCO in 2007.  Prior to joining Parametric, he was a Compliance Analyst with Safeco Life and Investments. Previously, he was an Operations Manager at Wells Fargo Investments in Seattle, and has over 12 years of compliance and operations experience in the investment industry. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Brown University, and M.A. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Pittsburgh.

Shalamar Kanemoto

Director - Operations

Ms. Kanemoto is responsible for managing Parametric’s Operations Team. Prior to joining Parametric in 1999, Shalamar was a project manager for Dynamic Language Center, Ltd., a language translation company. She managed client translation projects, customer billing, and payroll services. She graduated from the University of Washington, with a B.A. in Business Administration and a concentration in Accounting.

Tyson Alexander, CFA

Director - Tax-Managed Core Product Manager

Mr. Alexander is responsible for the business development of Parametric’s Tax-Managed Core product. Tyson previously served as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Parametric, overseeing portfolio management for the firm’s brokerage and bank-sponsored channels. Prior to joining Parametric in 1997, he worked for Prudential Preferred Financial Services. He attended the University of Washington, graduating with a B.A. in Business Administration.

Jared Gray, CFA

Director - OverlayOne Product Manager

Mr. Gray is responsible for the growth and direction of Parametric’s OverlayOne Portfolio Management program. In this capacity, Jared is responsible for maintaining relationships with all of our unified managed account partners. Since joining Parametric in 2000, he has also held positions in Marketing and Account Services. He attended Seattle Pacific University, graduating with a B.A. in Business Administration.

Trevor Noble

Product Manager

Prior to transitioning to the Product Management Team in 2011, Mr. Noble joined Parametric in 2008 as a Project Manager in the Program Management Office.  Formerly at Jefferies and Company in New York, Trevor was Vice President in the Equities Technology division on the Program/Electronic Trading Desk. From 2002 -- 2005, he held positions as a Bids and Proposals Analyst and Inside Sales Manager for Northrop Grumman Corporation working in account territories throughout the Pacific Rim. He graduated with a B.B.A. from Baylor University in 2002 with a double major in Information Systems and Corporate Communications. Trevor is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a former Licensed Registered Representative, FINRA Series 7 and 63.
