David Stein, PhD
Chief Investment Officer
Dr. Stein is Chief Investment Officer, leading investment, research,
and product development activities. Prior to joining Parametric, Dr. Stein held
positions as Director of Investment Research at GTE Investment Management
Corporation, Director of Active Equity Strategies at the Vanguard Group, and
Director of Quantitative Portfolio Management and Research at IBM Retirement
Funds. Dr. Stein holds a Ph.D. from Harvard University in Applied Mathematics
and an M.S. and B.S. degrees from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa.

Tom Seto
Director - Portfolio Management
Mr. Seto is responsible for all portfolio management at Parametric, including
taxable, tax-exempt, quantitative active and international strategies. Prior to
joining Parametric, Mr. Seto served as the Head of U.S. Equity Index Portfolio
Management at Barclays Global Investors. Mr. Seto has an M.B.A. in Finance from
the University of Chicago and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the
University of Washington.

Tyson E. Alexander, CFA
Senior Portfolio Manager
Mr. Alexander is responsible for portfolio management for the firm's brokerage
and bank-sponsored channels. Prior to joining Parametric in 1997, he worked for
Prudential Preferred Financial Services. Mr. Alexander attended the University
of Washington, graduating with a BA in Business Administration.

Jim Reber
Senior Portfolio Manager
Mr. Reber is responsible for leading Parametric’s OverlayOne portfolio management team– overlay management for Unified Managed Accounts. Prior to joining Parametric in 2004, he was a Senior Associate with Standard and Poor’s Corporate Value Consulting Group providing financial valuation services to the information and technology industries. He also has held Engineering positions in R&D and Manufacturing at Eastman Kodak Company. Mr. Reber received an M.B.A. from the University of Washington, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University.

Brooke Beresh, CFA
Senior Portfolio Manager
Ms. Beresh oversees portfolio management in Parametric’s Private Client Direct Group – primarily serving Parametric’s wealth management and family office client base. Ms. Beresh’s team manages U.S., non-U.S. and global Tax-Managed Core portfolios as well as custom portfolio management mandates. Prior to joining Parametric in 2005, she specialized in derivatives at Bank of America and later Washington Mutual. She also held consulting positions with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Ms. Beresh holds an M.B.A. and B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, where she graduated with high distinction honors and cum laude, respectively.

Jodi Wong
Senior Portfolio Manager
Ms. Wong is responsible for the portfolio management of Parametric’s emerging markets strategy including both mutual fund sub-advisory and separate account investment mandates. She focuses on managing the strategy’s structural parameters, its implementation, and trading decisions. Before joining Parametric in 2004, she was a Portfolio Analytics Manager at GE Financial Assurance, with subsequent posts at Frank Russell Company and Quellos Fixed Income Advisors. Ms. Wong holds a B.A. in Biochemistry from Columbia University, a CAS in Computer Science from Harvard University, and an M.B.A. from the University of Washington.

Brian Dillon
Director - Institutional Services & Institutional Portfolio Manager
Brian has responsibility for the development and distribution of Parametric’s institutional investment products. As a member of the portfolio management and product management teams, he works to implement and develop Parametric’s structured investment strategies as well as oversees ongoing client service needs. Brian joined Parametric in 2008 as a member of the Structured Emerging Markets portfolio management team. He has been in the investment industry since 1996 with specific experience in the institutional marketplace. Before joining Parametric, he spent seven years as Senior Portfolio Manager, with Russell Investments where he worked closely with institutional clients to design, develop and implement complex asset transitions for both defined benefit and defined contribution plans. Brian has also worked in sales, trading and underwriting in the fixed income securities market. He holds a B.S. in Business Systems with a minor in Economics from Taylor University.

Paul Bouchey, CFA
Director of Research
Mr. Bouchey is responsible for leading the research and product development team and also supports Parametric's tax-managed core product. Prior to joining Parametric, he was a senior research analyst at Russell Investment Group. During his ten years with Russell, he focused on the research and development of simulation, optimization, and other quantitative decision models for institutional and private clients. Mr. Bouchey received a BA in Mathematics and Physics from Whitman College.

Vassilii Nemtchinov, PhD
Manager of Applied Research
Dr. Nemtchinov primary responsibilities are the management and implementation
of Parametric’s product development research. Within his broader
responsibilities, he maintains particular focus on Parametric’s proprietary
portfolio optimization technologies and advanced quantitative portfolio
management. Prior to joining Parametric in 2003, he worked in both industry and
academia. Dr. Nemtchinov holds a Ph.D. from State University of New York.

Lee Thacker, CFA
Director - Trading
Mr. Thacker is responsible for managing Parametric's trading desk. He has also
held the positions of Senior Portfolio Manager and Operations Associate at the
firm. Prior to joining Parametric in 1998, he was a staff accountant at Moss
Adams L.L.P. Mr. Thacker attended Western Washington University, and holds a BA
in Accounting, with a minor in Business Administration.
