Maria’s leadership and interpersonal communication coaching spans industries; her corporate clients include work with leaders at The Gates Foundation, Microsoft, Google, Russell Investments, Global Online Academy and more. She also consults with New Leaders and the Center for Educational Leadership, two large non-profit organizations that support the development and growth of school leaders nationwide.

He is a graduate of UCLA, Columbia Law School and NYU's LL.M (Tax) program. He has been practicing tax law for almost four decades, in income tax planning, estate tax planning, sophisticated retirement plans, asset protection planning, charitable planning, capital gain planning, tax litigation, and the representation of high net worth and high-income families, individuals and their closely held corporations. He is the author or co-author of more than 100 professional articles and books.

Jennifer Sireklove, CFA
Director of Responsible Investing, Parametric

Ms. Sireklove is responsible for all aspects of Parametric's responsible investing strategies. As the primary strategist for responsible investing, Jennifer works closely with advisors and consultants to design, develop and implement portfolio solutions that incorporate their clients' principles. Prior to joining Parametric in 2013, her career was in equity research, covering the energy, utility and industrial sectors. She earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in Economics from Reed College.

Mr. Lunde is responsible for business development and relationship management for Southern California and the Mountain States. Prior to joining Parametric in 2016, Kyle was a Regional Director at Dimensional Fund Advisors working with RIAs in the Northwest. He is a Pacific Northwest native, and earned B.A. degrees in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Puget Sound and an MBA from the Michael G. Foster School of Business at the University of Washington. Kyle is pursuing his CFA® charter as a Level II candidate.

Mr. Salimian is responsible for client service for Parametric’s Western Region. Prior to joining Parametric in 1998, Far was a Senior Relationship Manager at Great-West Financial / One Orchard Equities, where he managed the firm’s corporate clients in the Northwest Region. He earned B.A. in Business Administration from Seattle University – Albers School of Business and Economics.
