Community Impact
Our mission
Parametric is committed to making a difference in our local communities through volunteering time and expertise, raising awareness, and providing financial support and donations to help charitable organizations make positive change.
Our goals
To engage employees in community service, form partnerships with charities that align with our values, educate about adversity in our community, and communicate our charitable giving opportunities internally and externally.
Our programs
Volunteer time off
We offer eight hours of VTO per year, a paid day off normal job duties so employees can give back to their community.
Community service days
To encourage employees' commitment to the public good, we offer three paid days off for community service.
Philanthropic Friday
To foster a culture of giving, each month Parametric donates to two charities nominated by our employees.
Gift matching
We match up to $2,000 in donations per employee per year, promoting an attitude of shared commitment.
After the George Floyd protests across America, Parametric contributed to Black Lives Matter, the Equal Justice Initiative, and the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, which seek to break the cycle of racism.
