Volunteer programs

The Strategy Challenge is Morgan Stanley’s flagship pro bono program that brings together our rising talent to help nonprofits solve strategic challenges.

All full-time permanent US employees can apply to receive grants for as many as two nonprofit organizations each year by logging volunteer hours.

Global Volunteer Month

June is Global Volunteer Month, a time when employees across Morgan Stanley demonstrate our deep, long-standing commitment to serving our communities.

In June 2024:
• 2,432 total hours volunteered at 40+ projects
• We packed food, served meals, and built homes for those enduring homelessness
• We coached and mentored students
• We wrote cards, and made donations and care packages to support hospital patients
• We supported local farms and helped with a charity golf tournament

Engaging our employees

The My Community pillar is a grassroots group of employees of all levels committed to giving back to our local communities and creating opportunities for others to engage. They lead volunteer projects and campaigns and act as ambassadors for philanthropy across the entire Parametric organization.
