Ranjit is a member of Parametric’s Executive Committee and is responsible for Parametric’s technology and operational activities. Prior to joining Parametric in 2019, he was managing director and global head of portfolio management investment systems at BlackRock, where he led strategy and development for applications across asset classes for BlackRock and Aladdin clients. Prior to joining BlackRock in 2006, he spent 12 years in technology development and implementation at Citadel, RDA Corporation, and ICARUS (now Aspen Technologies).
Brian Langstraat, CFA
Chief Executive Officer
Brian is responsible for Parametric's firmwide strategy and organizational development. He joined Parametric in 1990 and has held positions in portfolio management, product development, portfolio administration, marketing, and client service. He assumed the role of CEO in 2001, and he was elected to the Eaton Vance Corp. board of directors in 2014. Brian has been a featured speaker at events such as Inside ETFs and has appeared on the Bloomberg Trillions podcast and in several financial publications. He earned a BA in economics and sociology from the University of Washington.
Thomas Lee, CFA

Tom is a member of Parametric’s Executive Committee and leads Parametric’s investment teams, including research, strategy, portfolio management, and trading. As co-president and CIO, he coordinates resources, aligns priorities, establishes processes for achieving clients’ investment objectives, and acts as a voting member of all the firm’s investment committees. Tom has authored many articles on topics ranging from liability-driven investing to the volatility risk premium. Prior to joining Parametric in 1994, he spent two years working for the board of governors of the Federal Reserve in Washington, DC. Tom is a member of the CFA Society of Minnesota.
James Barrett
Managing Director, Head of Client Development
James is a member of Parametric’s Executive Committee and leads Parametric’s distribution and marketing practices. Prior to joining Parametric in 2011, James led the institutional distribution effort in the Americas for Russell Investments.
Paul Bouchey, CFA
Managing Director, Global Head of Research
Paul leads Parametric’s research and development activities. He has authored numerous academic and practitioner articles in publications such as the Journal of Portfolio Management, the Journal of Wealth Management, and the Journal of Index Investing. A CFA charterholder, he is a member of the CFA Society of Seattle.
Rob Ciro
Managing Director, Product Management
Rob is a member of Parametric’s Executive Committee and oversees the strategic positioning of Parametric’s investment solutions. Before joining Parametric in 2013, he was managing director of global client service for Wilshire Analytics. Prior to that, he held senior positions in business strategy, management of sales and relationship management, custom investment outsourcing, and sales and portfolio trading at Russell Investments.
Richard Fong, CFA
Director, Investment Strategy
Ricky leads the investment team responsible for the implementation and enhancement of Parametric’s Overlay Services Strategy. He joined Parametric in 2010, and has extensive experience in designing and managing policy-driven overlay portfolios for institutional investors across a variety of applications, including rebalancing and completion strategies, options-based risk management programs, and liability-driven investing. Ricky is a member of the CFA Society of Minnesota.
Brian Herscovici
Chief Operating Officer, Investments
Brian is responsible for implementing strategic objectives into daily operations across portfolio management and trading. He brings 25 years of experience across a range of institutions, including pension funds, insurance companies, and wealth management. He held a variety of positions for these companies overseeing portfolio management, investment operations, and strategic transactions. Prior to joining Parametric in 2022, he was the senior investment officer at USAA, responsible for oversight, governance, and performance of institutional investment portfolios. A CFA charterholder, Brian is a member of the CFA Society of Seattle.

He joined the firm in 2009 (originally as an employee of Parametric’s former parent company, Eaton Vance) and has extensive experience in portfolio management.

Jennifer Sireklove, CFA

Jennifer leads the Investment Strategy Team at Parametric, which is responsible for all aspects of Parametric’s equity-based investment strategies. In addition, she has direct investment responsibility for Parametric’s Emerging Markets and International Equity strategies and chairs Parametric’s Stewardship Committee. Previously she helped build Parametric’s active ownership and custom ESG portfolio construction practices. Prior to joining Parametric in 2013, she worked in equity research, primarily covering the energy, utility, and industrial sectors at firms including D.A. Davidson and McAdams Wright Ragen. A CFA charterholder since 2006, Jennifer is a member of the CFA Society of Seattle.
Clint Talmo, CFA
Managing Director, Investment Strategy
Clint leads a team of investment professionals responsible for designing, trading, and managing customized overlay portfolios utilizing a wide spectrum of asset classes across global markets. Prior to joining Parametric in 2014, Clint was a partner at Aerwulf Asset Management. Previously, he worked for Interlachen Capital Group and EBF and Associates, where his responsibilities included research, trading, and portfolio management. He earned a BS in finance from the University of Colorado. A CFA charterholder, Clint is a member of the CFA Society of Minnesota.
Alex Zweber, CFA, CAIA
Managing Director, Investment Strategy
Alex leads the investment team responsible for Parametric’s liquid alternative strategies. He has more than 15 years’ experience working in portfolio construction, trading, and portfolio management across both futures and options. In his various positions, he has worked closely with institutional and high-net-worth clients and their consultants to address investment and risk management needs. Previously, he was responsible for supporting the development and distribution of Parametric’s strategies in Europe and before that served as a senior portfolio manager on Parametric’s volatility risk premium solutions. Alex began his career in investment management in 2006 with the Clifton Group, acquired by Parametric in 2012.
Vladimir Gomelsky

Vlad is responsible for investment systems technology at Parametric, including proprietary and third-party trading, portfolio management, and compliance solutions. Prior to joining Parametric—originally as a chief technology officer of the Clifton Group, which Parametric acquired in 2012—he was a director of real estate technology at Johnson Controls.

Gregory Lawson
Chief of Staff to the COO
Greg supports Parametric’s COO in several areas, including Morgan Stanley integration, vendor management, policy administration, and budget oversight. He also serves as co-lead for Parametric’s Pride+ employee networking group. Since joining Parametric in 2015, Greg has served as manager for the RFP and Data Analytics teams and director of business continuity and resilience. He has over 18 years’ experience in the financial services industry, working for companies such as UBS Institutional Consulting Group and Morgan Stanley.
Stephanie Nicolai
Managing Director, Process, Resilience, and Execution
Stephanie is a member of Parametric’s Executive Committee and leads an organization that includes the Project Management, Corporate Services, Business Continuity and Resilience, Business Intelligence Reporting, and Application Support teams. While the services her teams provide to the organization vary, the mission is the same: driving transparency, consistency, and a sense of urgency in delivering and supporting Parametric. Prior to joining Parametric in 2017, Stephanie spent 10 years managing technology projects at Russell Investments. Stephanie is a Certified Scrum Master and Project Management Professional.

Shivani Patil

Shivani leads the team that defines and enables internal and external cross-platform technology solutions to meet client needs. She also leads the team responsible for building Parametric’s digital platform, which includes the company’s website, retail, and institutional portals. Prior to joining Parametric in 2021, she led technology product management for BlackRock’s Aladdin Risk platform. Before this, she spent a decade managing Aladdin client relationships, delivering analytical solutions, engaging in business development efforts, and fulfilling client implementations.
Cefe Quesada
Managing Director, Core Platform Technology
Cefe leads Parametric’s cloud platform, data, and investment operations technology teams. Prior to joining Parametric in 2020, he was managing director of global software engineering and global technology services at State Street, where he managed the firm’s global software engineering teams and developed technology implementation strategies. Before that, he managed tech strategy and execution at Russell Investments, including retail, institutional, and direct trading strategies for Russell’s global business.
Christopher Richards
Managing Director, Equity Investments and Client Activities
Christopher oversees Parametric’s equity investment platform, which includes Custom Core® SMAs, Centralized Portfolio Management, and our Emerging Markets Strategy, as well as client instructions and onboarding. Prior to joining Parametric in 2021, he was director of portfolio management tools at BlackRock, serving as global head of the Portfolio Construction application for the Aladdin system. Before this, he spent 12 years in a variety of technology roles at IBM, Mastercard, and Unum Insurance.
Gregory Thompson

Greg is responsible for overseeing all Operations teams at Parametric, including the Investment Operations team, the Institutional Operations team, and the Client Relationship Group. Prior to joining Parametric in 2023, Greg served as managing director of US equity and derivative operations at Goldman Sachs, leading a team responsible for the trade capture, allocation, matching, reconciliation, and settlement of cash equity and OTC derivative trades. He was co-head of Asia global markets operations and had operations oversight in Hong Kong. Before joining Goldman Sachs, Greg worked at Boeing as a flight test engineer.

Reuben Butler

Reuben is a member of Parametric’s Executive Committee and develops and maintains Parametric’s corporate development, business planning, and strategy functions. He also manages corporate business operations and acts as a liaison to facilitate operational efficiency and optimal collaboration. Before joining Parametric in 2011, Reuben was director of APAC for Russell Indexes, where his responsibilities included the development and management of the business throughout Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. Prior to that, he held roles in sales, trading, and operations.

Chris Uhas, CFA
Managing Director, Head of Institutional Distribution
Chris joined Parametric in 2007 and is responsible for leading the firm’s North American institutional distribution efforts, working closely with investors in the United States and Canada. Before entering the investment management industry, he was the director of New Product Launch for Seagate Technology, based in Singapore, and also served for five years as a nuclear-trained submarine officer in the US Navy. He earned a BS in electrical engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. A CFA charterholder, Chris is a member of the CFA Society of Minnesota.
