Tom leads Parametric’s Research, Strategy, Portfolio Management, and Trading teams, coordinating resources, aligning priorities, and establishing processes for achieving clients' investment objectives. Tom has coauthored articles on topics ranging from liability-driven investing to the volatility risk premium. He is a voting member of all the firm's investment committees. Prior to joining Parametric in 1994 (originally as an employee of the Clifton Group, which was acquired by Parametric in 2012), Tom spent two years working for the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve in Washington, DC. He earned a BS in economics and an MBA in finance from the University of Minnesota. A CFA charterholder, Tom is a member of the CFA Society of Minnesota.

Jim directs all aspects of Parametric’s Fixed Income strategies. He joined the firm in 2008 (originally with Eaton Vance, before its Tax-Advantaged Bond Strategies business shifted to Parametric in 2019). Previously he had managed municipal bond portfolios for clients at M.D. Sass. Prior to that, he was vice president of municipal arbitrage at Kidder, Peabody & Company and a municipal bond trader and underwriter at Continental Bank and Mellon Bank. Jim’s commentary has appeared in Bloomberg, the Bond Buyer, and Barron’s, among other publications. He earned a BS in engineering from Cornell University and is a CFA charterholder.
Paul Bouchey, CFA

Paul Bouchey, CFA
Paul leads Parametric’s research and development activities across all strategies. He has authored numerous academic and practitioner articles in publications such as the Journal of Portfolio Management, the Journal of Wealth Management, and the Journal of Index Investing.  Paul earned a BA in mathematics and physics from Whitman College and an MS in computational finance and risk management from the University of Washington. A CFA charterholder, he is a member of the CFA Society of Seattle.

Thomas is responsible for all portfolio management and trading related to our equity strategies and is a member of the Enterprise Management Committee. Prior to joining Parametric in 1998, Thomas served as the Head of US Equity Index Investments at Barclays Global Investors. He earned an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a BS in electrical engineering from the University of Washington.

Jennifer is responsible for portfolio management with the Private Client Direct Portfolio Management Team, and was previously a portfolio manager in the Centralized Portfolio Management Group. Prior to joining Parametric in 2005, Jennifer was an Investment Associate at Merrill Lynch for five years where she specialized in financial planning and portfolio construction. She earned a BA in economics and a minor in mathematics from Colgate University.

Jay leads a team of investment professionals responsible for developing and managing institutional portfolios with an emphasis on Defensive Equity, Global Defensive Equity, and related options-based Volatility Risk Premium Strategies. He has extensive experience with futures and options and has been active in the investment industry since 1984. Prior to rejoining Parametric in 2009*, Jay worked for Cargill, Peregrine Capital Management, and Advantus Capital Management. He earned a BS degree in agricultural economics from Washington State University and a MS in applied economics from the University of Minnesota. A CFA charterholder, Jay is a member of the CFA Society of Minnesota.

Jon oversees the day to day operations of the Westport office. Jon is a member of the Minneapolis/Westport Leadership Committee, the Investment Committee, and the Risk Committee. Prior to joining Parametric in 2006*, Jon was a managing director at Banc of America Securities where he founded and managed the Equity Linked Solutions Group. He earned a BS in computer science from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business.

Justin leads the investment team responsible for the implementation and enhancement of Parametric’s Customized Exposure Management Strategy. Since joining Parametric in 2004 (originally as an employee of the Clifton Group, which was acquired by Parametric in 2012), Justin has gained extensive experience trading a wide variety of derivative instruments to meet each client’s unique exposure and risk management objectives. He earned a BA in financial management from the University of St. Thomas. A CFA charterholder, Justin is a member of the CFA Society of Minnesota.

He joined the firm in 2009 (originally with Eaton Vance, before its Tax-Advantaged Bond Strategies business shifted to Parametric in 2019). Previously, Brian was vice president and municipal portfolio manager at M.D. Sass. He earned a BS in systems engineering from the University of Virginia and is a CFA charterholder.

Issac leads Parametric’s Fixed Income SMA ladder business and serves as a portfolio manager responsible for buy and sell decisions, portfolio construction, and risk management for the firm’s Tax-Advantaged Bond Strategies. He joined the firm in 2010 (originally with Eaton Vance, before its Tax-Advantaged Bond Strategies business shifted to Parametric in 2019). Previously, Issac was a vice president in the municipal public finance group at Assured Guaranty, and before that he was affiliated with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Issac earned a BS from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master’s degree from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a member of the Municipal Analyst Group of New York and is a CPA as well as a CFA charterholder.

Tom is responsible for rules-based fixed income strategies, quantitative research, and investment process automation for Parametric’s Fixed Income Team. He began his career in the investment management industry with Eaton Vance in 1995. Previously, Tom was affiliated with Deloitte & Touche Consulting and the Naval Center for Space Technology. He earned a BS from George Washington University and an MBA from the University of Chicago. A member of the CFA Society of Boston, Tom was formerly chairman and a governor’s appointee to the board of trustees of Health Care Security, which oversees the investment of tobacco litigation settlement funds for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He is a CFA charterholder. Tom’s commentary has appeared in the Wall Street Journal, Reuters, Investor’s Business Daily, and American Banker, and he has been featured on New England Cable News and Bloomberg Radio.

Since joining Parametric in 1990, Brian has held positions in portfolio management, product development, portfolio administration, marketing, and client service. In 2014 he was elected to the Eaton Vance Corp. board of directors. He earned a BA in economics and sociology from the University of Washington.

Reuben develops and maintains Parametric’s corporate development, business planning, and strategy functions. He also manages corporate business operations and acts as a liaison to facilitate operational efficiency and optimal collaboration. Prior to joining Parametric in 2011, Reuben was director of APAC for Russell Indexes, where his responsibilities included the development and management of the business throughout Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. Prior to that he held roles in sales, trading, and operations. He earned his BA from Seattle University.

Rob oversees the strategic positioning of Parametric's investment solutions. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, he was managing director of global client service for Wilshire Analytics. Prior to that, he held senior positions in business strategy, management of sales and relationship management, custom investment outsourcing, and sales and portfolio trading with Russell Investments. He earned an MSF from Seattle University and a BA from the University of Washington.

Randall provides firmwide oversight and leadership for all aspects of Parametric's compliance program. Prior to joining Parametric in 2016, he served as chief compliance officer for RS Investments and RS Mutual Funds, where he led a comprehensive refresh of the compliance programs for the advisor, mutual funds, and broker-dealer distributor. He has 17 years of legal and compliance experience in the financial services industry. He earned a JD at the UCLA School of Law and a BA from the University of Arizona.

Ranjit is responsible for Parametric's technology and operational activities. Prior to joining Parametric in 2019, Ranjit was Managing Director and Global Head of Portfolio Management Investment Systems at BlackRock, where he led strategy and development for portfolio management applications across asset classes for BlackRock and Aladdin clients. Prior to joining BlackRock in 2006, he spent 12 years in technology development and implementation at Citadel, RDA Corporation, and ICARUS (now Aspen Technologies). Ranjit earned a BE in computer science and engineering from Punjab University, a MS in computer science from American University, and an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

A CFA charterholder, Michi is a member of the CFA Society of Boston and holds the CAIA designation.
