Internship Program

We value fresh perspectives and contributions interns bring to the firm. Our focus is to provide interns with an opportunity that excites, inspires and furthers professional development.

Interns gain experience in a corporate setting where they can expand their knowledge by interacting with employees throughout the organization. Parametric offers many great opportunities to promote these interactions through corporate sponsored programs, trainings, and social events.

Parametric continues to hire driven and talented interns who contribute to the success of the organization. Parametric has hired several interns in to full time positions as a result of their successful internships and contributions at the firm.

Class Hires Program

The Class Hires Program is a comprehensive training program that builds a relevant foundation of knowledge and skills necessary to be successful in a Portfolio Accounting, Investment Operations, or Client Relations role at Parametric.

  • Class Hires participants will learn about Parametric history, investment philosophy, products and strategies, and the relevant technical skills that are specific to their role.
  • The training sessions are informative and fun, led by employees across several departments at Parametric, including Portfolio Management, Institutional Sales, Product Management, Information Technology and more.
