Class Hires Program
The Class Hires Program is a comprehensive training program that builds a relevant foundation of knowledge and skills necessary to be successful in a Portfolio Accounting, Investment Operations, or Client Relations role at Parametric.
Class Hires participants will learn about Parametric history, investment philosophy, products and strategies, and the relevant technical skills that are specific to their role.
The training sessions are informative and fun, led by employees across several departments at Parametric, including Portfolio Management, Institutional Sales, Product Management, Information Technology and more.
