Melissa Fell

Chief Administrative Officer

Melissa Fell is Chief Administrative Officer at Parametric and serves as Chair of the firm’s Executive Committee. She provides enterprise administrative leadership and oversees key functions supporting the firm’s strategy, governance, people, and long-term growth. Melissa also serves as Co-Head of Parametric’s Women’s Leadership Exchange, helping to advance inclusion and leadership development across the organization. She joined Parametric in 2012 after earlier roles in Human Resources at Eaton Vance and holds a BA from Stonehill College and an MS from Suffolk University.
