Operations Analyst Class Hire Program
Jump-start your career at Parametric. Our Operations Analyst Class Hire program offers full-time employment with a three-week introduction to deepen your understanding of Parametric and the finance industry.
We’re looking for recent or soon-to-be graduates with an associate’s or four-year bachelor’s degree in data
management, finance, accounting, economics, or a related area of study. You’ll meet with department heads
and learn about the Investment Operations and Client Services teams. We offer learning sessions that cover
strategies for graduate and student growth and opportunities for career expansion.
