Class Hires
Build the foundational knowledge and skills you’ll need for success in some of Parametric’s most vital roles. You’ll learn about our investment philosophy, products and strategies, and the technical skills specific to your role. Our employee-led training sessions offer accelerated learning from department leaders in portfolio management, institutional sales, product management, information technology, and more.
Investment Analyst Program

Our three-year Investment Analyst Program helps new graduates jump-start their investment careers on a full-time basis. You'll partner with experienced investment professionals to accomplish day-to-day business goals, including analytical requests, performance and data reviews, and client inquiries. You'll also participate in formal classroom-based training to help you develop foundational investment skills.
