Internship and Class Hires Programs

Class Hires
Build the foundational knowledge and skills you’ll need for success in some of Parametric’s most vital roles. Our employee-led training sessions offer accelerated learning from department leaders in portfolio management, institutional sales, product management, information technology, and more.
Investment Analyst Program

Our three-year Investment Analyst Program helps new graduates jump-start their investment careers on a full-time basis. You'll partner with experienced investment professionals to accomplish day-to-day business goals, including analytical requests, performance and data reviews, and client inquiries. You'll also participate in formal classroom-based training to help you develop foundational investment skills.
